Unlike traditional construction sites, the environment here is clean, the construction is orderly, advanced technology and equipment are widely used, and there is a strong sense of technology and modernity. This project vigorously promotes the construction of smart construction sites, including smart construction site platforms, intelligent monitoring, hook visualization, tower crane unmanned driving, etc. In particular, the unmanned driving technology of tower cranes has been applied for the first time in construction sites throughout the city. Ground workers can accurately control tower cranes through the tower crane hook visualization system, greatly improving construction safety.

Over the past 70 years, the group has continuously increased its investment in scientific research and technological breakthroughs, enhancing its independent innovation capabilities. We have independently developed a new type of template support system - the assembled truss template support system, and have further obtained 3 invention patents and 4 utility model patents around this system, along with the relevant construction methods and industry standards edited by the editor, forming a complete truss support application system. The group is at the forefront of BIM technology application and development in the national industry. It has established the first BIM technology research center for local construction enterprises in the province, trained 72 BIM modelers, and obtained national patent authorization for 6 scientific research achievements related to prefabricated buildings. It has also participated in the compilation of the China Construction Industry Association group standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Prefabricated Concrete Building Engineering" and the Shandong Province "Guidelines for BIM Technology Application of Prefabricated Building Engineering". It has repeatedly played a key role in large-scale project bidding and key construction technology research.

At present, Shandong Expressway Dejian Group has summarized and formed a group of proprietary technologies that are unique to enterprises, industry-leading, and can represent the development direction of green construction. Thanks to its strong research capabilities and comprehensive strength, Dejian Group was successfully promoted to the only special qualification enterprise for general contracting of housing construction in our city in 2015, providing a broader development platform. Due to its advantages in the development of prefabricated construction industry and the promotion and application of BIM technology, the group's prefabricated construction industrial park has been listed as a national level prefabricated construction industry base and Shandong Province prefabricated construction integrated application research center, with a higher and stronger development platform.

Shandong Expressway Dejian Group has always adhered to the employment principle of "appointing people based on their abilities, combining morality and talent, and putting morality first".
