Shandong Expressway Dejian Group won the first prize in the BIM competition of the engineering construction industry

Recently, the 5th BIM Competition in the construction industry held by China Construction Enterprises Association came to an end and was released at the 9th Internet Conference in the construction industry. A total of 3341 achievements were received in this competition, including 19 special achievements, 90 first-class achievements, 252 second-class achievements, and 768 third class achievements. The high-speed Dejian Group Engineering Technology Research Institute submitted the achievement "Innovation of Safety Calculation and Automatic Modeling Technology for Attached Lifting Scaffolds Based on BIM Technology" and won the first prize in this competition.

This technology is based on Revit and Computational Robot software, and has achieved automatic creation of three-dimensional models of structural components such as floor elevation, structural axis network, and columns, establishment and analysis of three-dimensional spatial structural calculation models for attached lifting scaffolding, and creation of comprehensive construction models. Through technological research, the safety management and digital level of technical management of the attached lifting scaffold system have been significantly improved, reducing construction safety risks and improving production efficiency. The space mechanics model creation and overall analysis technology in this technology has filled in the domestic gap, and has certain progressiveness. It was evaluated as an international advanced level by experts organized by the China Formwork and Scaffolding Association.
