A high-speed Dejian achievement won the Shandong Expressway Group Technology Achievement Award

Recently, Shandong Expressway Group issued a decision to commend the 2021 Science and Technology Innovation Award, which includes five awards for technological achievements, five awards for invention patents, and five awards for technical standards. The comprehensive technology research on green and low-carbon assembled truss formwork support for concrete structures completed by the company has won the Technical Achievement Award, which is the first time the company has won this award since the mixed use reform last year.

The comprehensive technology system of green and low-carbon assembled truss formwork support for concrete structures is a new modular and parameterized formwork support technology system independently developed by the company, which can reduce or even eliminate the vertical support frame at the bottom of horizontal components (floor slabs). This technology system consists of a modular and parameterized assembled truss template support system, a vertical truss hybrid support, and a horizontal truss load chart calculation method. It achieves precise control of the stiffness and assembly quality of component templates, improves the quality of concrete pouring and forming, and eliminates the need for plastering of components, thereby reducing material consumption and personnel labor input, comprehensively reducing resource and energy waste, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and promoting the green and low-carbon development of enterprises.

This comprehensive technical research has applied for and authorized 4 invention patents and 4 utility model patents; Received one second prize of Dezhou Science and Technology Progress Award; Two industry standards have been established - "Technical Specification for Application of Assembled Truss Template Support" JGJ/T389-2016 and "Assembled Truss and Support for Buildings" JG/T 476-2015, and one enterprise atlas - "Atlas of Processing and Manufacturing of Concrete Beam and Plate Assembled Truss Template Support System". According to the expert evaluation of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Shandong Construction Industry Association, the overall achievements have reached the domestic leading level, and some achievements have reached the international advanced level.
