Key personnel at all levels should repeatedly and seriously study and understand the requirements of relevant documents, fully grasp the standard requirements of high-tech enterprises, and implement the "eight conditions and four abilities" of high-tech enterprises in their hearts and actions, so as to ensure that standards are posted on the wall, systems are in place, and responsibilities are assigned to individuals; Thirdly, it is necessary to establish a reward and punishment mechanism, formulate incentive and restraint mechanisms related to the maintenance work of high-tech enterprises, make the reward mechanism attractive, and the punishment mechanism intimidating. It should be integrated into the company's technology quality management manual, and include high-tech maintenance work in the annual target responsibility letter and project management contract of subsidiary companies; Fourth, we must focus on mid-term inspections, using inspections to systematically review and evaluate the high-tech maintenance work of relevant business systems and subsidiaries, systematically review and evaluate the abilities and qualities of technical management personnel, clarify the background, summarize gaps, report the main problems found during inspections, and formulate targeted rectification measures to truly enhance the level of enterprise scientific and technological research and development.

The meeting emphasized both epidemic prevention and control work and safety production work, conveying the "Emergency Notice on Further Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control Work" of Shandong Expressway Group and the "10.13" high-altitude fall accident report of a certain company's workshop by the Shandong Provincial Government Safety Production Committee. It required the company to conscientiously implement the spirit of the documents, further strengthen the prevention and control measures in key areas such as construction sites, office buildings, conference rooms, staff canteens, and dormitories, strengthen travel management, strictly implement the emergency reporting system, and adhere to doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control; Based on the characteristics of seasonal construction, further strengthen safety production responsibilities and enhance safety management measures to ensure smooth operation in the fourth quarter.
